- Seal replacement and redesign of sealing system
Replacement disc seals manufactured to eTec’s design requirements. All seals are inspected before supply and tested where required. eTec also provide main valve seal and shaft seal redesign for refurbishment projects. - Sizing, upgrading and alternative valve actuation system
Replacing like for like operating equipment on ageing plant is both resourceful task and a risk for maintenance engineers. eTec can provide, manual, electric and hydraulic operators sized on valve torque requirement to suit the original equipment a critical factor to the design as excessive torque can lead to damaging equipment and failure of plant. - Locking arrangement to suit individual valve
The ever-increasing requirements to carry out work safely in a controlled manner require isolation of equipment, which was not originally specified for this duty. eTec designs and install mechanical features to existing equipment to improve isolation for plant maintenance. - Bearing redesign
Upgrading of the valves load carrying trunnion bearings is offered as a consultation or supply contract. Improvement can be made to the valve performance, sealing and maintenance requirements. - Onsite Condition Assessment and Technical support
Structural analysis capability, maintenance schedules, life assessment, operation problems assessments with written reports and recommendations are offered. - Replacement parts
Based on eTec design experience and reverse engineering (when required) we offer to supply valve spares for either customers fitting or by eTec engineers.
