Each valve is engineered to meet customer’s unique operating conditions, including material selection and sealing arrangement.

Valves are supplied to a diverse range of industries including Thermal and Hydro Power Stations, Water Control Schemes including Pumping Stations, for isolation and flow control duties.

Fabricated, cast or combination of cast and fabricated designs are available with internal parts manufactured to suit the operating condition and wetted corrosive areas protected with coating such as epoxy paint glass flake or ebonite.

Resilient seals are available up to 35 bar design pressure. An Inflatable hose seal design for main seal or maintenance seal operation can also be supplied

We have extensive experience of Hydro Power station Butterfly Valves used as
Turbine Inlet, Penstock Protection and Guard Valves.

Operating at much higher velocities than normally encountered in pumping systems the design must encompass system hydraulics. A through flow or Lattice disc design is available for high operating head where low head loss is a major consideration. Single seal on downstream side or inclusion of a secondary manual or hydraulic operated seal for maintenance (double block and bleed) isolation can be supplied.

Double Lattice Butterfly valve with Dual seal can be supplied having a Service seal downstream disc face and Maintenance seal on the upstream allowing the service seal to be replaced without dewatering the penstock.
Dual seal valves are an alternative for low and medium head Spherical valves.

Manual, electrical and hydraulic operation valves can be supplied. Additionally fail safe operation can be provided via counter weight closure.

Custom built controls for Turbine Inlet valves and Penstock valves with over velocity tripping are available.
